Andrew F. Schaab is a graduate of the SUNY Canton College of Technology's Banking Insurance & Real Estate program. He joined the agency in 1983, and became the third generation of the Schaab family to the agency. Andy is a licensed P&C Agent & Broker, and specializes in personal lines. Andy is President of North Country Estates. He is an avid outdoors man. He has two sons, Cory - age 13, and Adam - age 10.

William H. Schaab graduated with Honors from the Potsdam College of the State University of New York with a Bachelors of Science, Majoring in Economics with a minor in Business. After working in the Banking and Marketing industries, Bill joined the Family Business in 1991. Bill handles all Commercial Insurance Business Clients, including specialties in the Municipal, School, Manufacturing, Contracting and Farming Industries. Bill is also the Claims manager for North Country Estates, Inc. Bill and his wife Beth have 2 children, Heather - age 21, and Clara - age 11.

Anna Y. Schaab has been an active employee of the agency since 1977 with the merger of Henry H. Schaab & Son and North Country Estates Inc. Currently she assists with customer service, and over sees the agency Claims department. She enjoys reading and travel. Ann resides with her husband Henry, who is the retired second generation of the agency.
